Helping people into employment

E+ Electrical Safety Testing Social Enterprise

Electrical Safety Testing Social Enterprise from The Salvation Army

The Salvation Army E+ Electrical Safety Testing social enterprise offers a range of safety testing that has all of the reliability and integrity associated with The Salvation Army.  The scheme is designed to help people who are unemployed and homeless to acquire skills, build self confidence, and to help them be job ready and to get into employment.

Whatever profit is gained is reinvested to help others undergo training in electrical testing, thereby equipping more people with necessary skills that will enhance their ability to return to the work place. By working on sites and attending courses at The Salvation Army centres, our training programmes get to the heart of the issues that matter to our trainees.

What our customers say

"After many years of using a commercial company for PAT testing, we were more than happy to offer The Salvation Army Employment Plus the opportunity to undertake this on our behalf. As a charity ourselves, we always look for the most ethical suppliers and based on this and the lower cost, we were very impressed with the service provided."
David Harvey, Facilities & Maintenance Manager, Religious Society of Friends
